I’ve spent over 15 years(!) coordinating the chaos behind a range of businesses.

Over that time my job title might have varied (Strategic Planning / Operations Manager / Head of Administration / Project Manager) but there has always been a common theme; my area of expertise has always been a blend of strategic thinking and an ability to roll up my sleeves and get things over the line.

I’ve worked with a wide range of business owners to facilitate their growth and turn plans into action.

I absolutely love what I do. These days I predominantly work with agency owners ; from Paid Ads agencies, to PR, Events and even Estate Agencies. They all have some key things in common : they’re service based businesses, who value long term relationships with their clients, and they’re looking to grow.

Some of my clients call on me as/when needed for strategy, insight or just a listening ear. For others, I’m a constant presence in their team, coordinating the day to day drive towards their goals. Whatever the case I’m incredibly proud that almost all of my clients to date have come via referrals.

The business partner you never knew existed, but have definitely always needed.

When I’m not supporting clients you’ll find me in one of my happy places; the gym, or the Pilates studio. I’m an unashamed fan of trashy reality tv and I’m a sucker for a health, skin care or wellness fad (cue current morning ice baths and red light masks.) I'm also a Mum to 2 little people (it still absolutely blows my mind I’m responsible for 2 small humans) and I live with my husband in a beautiful part of Surrey.
